We had a great time, the staff was polite and helpful, the facilities were great and the location was perfect. Transportation was easily available from the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious feeling of this hotel. the exclusive amenities were incredible, particularly the sauna and outdoor swimming pool. I loved spending time on the sun terrace, soaking up the incredible views. the location advantages were also a major plus, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.
While staff were generally friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where I felt like my needs weren't being prioritized.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, with stunning views over the city. the breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection of local and international dishes.
The hotel's facilities were a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. the Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty at times, which made it difficult to stay connected.

This hotel had some great amenities that made my Christmas stay really enjoyable. the swimming pool was fantastic and I loved spending time there. the breakfast was really good value for money and saved me a lot of hassle in the mornings. Location-wise, the hotel was perfectly situated near all the attractions I wanted to see.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. The staff were quite unprofessional and not very friendly, which made me feel uncomfortable at times.

The place where I stayed was nicely located, but unfortunately that was it. the parking and view were pleasant. the atmosphere in the patio area was somewhat satisfactory. the TV and safe box in the room did not work, the key needed to be updated daily, and the shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom.
The customer service was horrible.
